If you ordered any FA FASHION products, you’ll be charged when the order has been placed. 

If you used PayPal, you will be charged as soon as you place the order.

If you placed your order from our online shop and received the wrong product, please contact us via email or phone number and we’ll help you with the return and refund process. 

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For the orders before 3 pm CST., the package will be processed and leave the warehouse in the same day. For the orders after 3pm CST will be shipping in the next day. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 - 6 work days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Also, the shipping time is based on what shipping method you choose. Normally, the time will show on the shipping method when you checking out.

After you drop off your return package at the local drop off point, it can take 3-5 business days for the package to get to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot control how long it will take for your returned products to be delivered back to us.
